Manescott

The town of Manescott was founded in the 1890s. It was built around a river and acres of open land, and despite its potential as a port and farming town, it was entirely abandoned in 1989 due to economic issues. No conservation efforts were ever made and there has been no talk of demolishment or redevelopment, so it now exists as one of the many ghost towns in America, completely forgotten about, other than by people like you, and like me.

This town has ghosts in it.

Many of the buildings are no longer safe to traverse, considering the lack of maintenance and copious amounts of asbestos that are probably in building walls, but there are no extraordinary dangers present.
